BOOM SPORTS: Helping kids flourish by starting with the basics:
Listening / Balancing /Running / Agility / Jumping /Kicking/ Throwing
- Each week FOR 1 HOUR, 5-6 fun-filled activities, incorporating lots of physical activity, are played focusing on different fundamentals of the game.
- Our curriculum builds on skills of the game from dribbling, passing, hand-eye/hand-foot coordination, to soft touches, ball control and shooting technique.
-As the weeks progress the skill-level required is increasingly more difficult.
- Each activity creates a non-competitive environment while designed to improve balance, movement, and motor skills as well as listening and following instructions.
